What happens if the recipient isn't home?
If the recipient isn't home when we arrive, we'll first look for a safe, sheltered place to leave the bouquet whenever possible. If we're unable to leave it safely or the recipient is away, we'll make every effort to contact them and arrange a new delivery time that works. If we can't reach them, we'll get in touch with the sender to discuss the next steps and ensure the flowers are delivered safely.
Can I order a custom bouquet?
Absolutely! We love creating custom bouquets tailored to your favourite flowers, colour palette, or occasion. Custom bouquets have a minimum starting price of $250, depending on your request. If you're looking for something beautiful at a lower price point, we're confident you'll find the perfect option in our curated collection of handcrafted bouquets, designed for every style and budget. You're always welcome to contact us for any questions regarding a custom arrangement, and we will do our best to accommodate if its in stock.
